Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties:Identify, negotiate, review and close agreements with local and international partners (Acquirers, Payment Providers, Integration / Platform partners, etc)Oversee the implementation of new partners that includes payment modes, payment methods, modification such as new settlement currency, features (eg. 3DS), applications, etc. This includes but not limited to:facilitate the introduction and appropriate discussions between relevant RDP departments (such as Underwriting, Support, Finance, Sales) and the appropriate contacts of the partnerprovide relevant integration documentsprovide relevant test and production credentials where appropriateDuring post implementation phase of the partnership:act as the central point of escalation for any matters between the relevant RDP departments (such as Underwriting, Support, Finance, Sales) and the appropriate contacts of the partnerensure that any issues raised by the partner are appropriately addressed in a timely mannerDevelop close business relationships with existing partnersAnalyze existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to unlock additional value for the company including incentive for implementation where applicableDevelop meaningful partnerships with potential local and international partnersUnderstand the details of our products/services and partner networks thoroughlyShare ideas and feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing informationUndertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the companyRequirements:Degree in Business with at least 3 years’ relevant experienceGood understanding of the ecommerce payment market would be an advantageProblem solving and good analytical skillsDesire for continuous learning and self-developmentEntrepreneurial and ambitiousSelf-motivated with high level of energy
