Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesPeople Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values - ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability). Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at outlets; Work closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues onsite and to maximise sales opportunities. Resolove conflict in positive ways and foster teamwork between team members to promote employee overall well-being. Delivery exceptional customer services to guests and answer guest queries on store/park related matters. Product Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests. Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up. Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed. Support and execute product launches and campaigns. Stay up-to-date and be open to share with guest relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest. Process Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses). Lead, plan and execute periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability. Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities. Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures; and Plan staff schedule, staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting. Work closely with Managers to improve processes and increase productivity. Job Requirements Min GCE 'O' Level At least 3 years’ relevant experience in retail operations Supervisory experience is a must. Positive minded and service oriented. Team player with leadership qualities. Able to communicate and articulate ideas clearly. Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
