You will be responsible for:Leading the internal planning of initiatives related to CRM, personalization, automation, and customer experience optimization.Developing and implementing loyalty and engagement strategies (including A/B testing and segmentation).Managing personalization and automation actions across various channels.Analyzing data, success metrics (CRM KPIs, CRO, engagement, loyalty), and reporting on performance.Ensuring the effective execution of projects, aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery.What you'll need:Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, CRM, or Digital Marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Digital Media or related field.Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and marketing automation.Strong command of data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting.Expertise in customer journey mapping and UX.Leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
