Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Title: Senior Facilities EngineerJob type: Third Party Consultant (TPC)Job Description:Design and reviewing engineering design packages for surface facilities activities.Perform key activities and initiation on conceptual & detailed design, project engineering & management on EPC for surface facility.Participate in reviewing and making / following up engineering aspects related to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and PHA for oil & gas production facilities.Review engineering diagrams, specifications and datasheets, such as but not limited to PFD, P&ID, SAFE Chart, HMB, GA Diagram, Process Specification, Process Datasheet, Mechanical Diagram, Mechanical Specification, Mechanical Datasheet, etc.Oversee its construction, cost monitoring, re-engineering review, revision and modification during construction, material procurement/ contract review and evaluation bidding process, as well as project change scope management.Create AFE proposal including preparation, submission, and monitoring progress.Optimize surface facility operation.Monitor production facility operation and conduct maintenance strategy/ planning.Create WP&B for SKK Migas approval.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field.15+ years of experience in within the upstream oil and gas industry/PSC company.Strong knowledge in project management system; as well as HSE code, Migas standards, etc.Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to Facilities.Familiar with international engineering code standards, such as but not limited to API, ASME, NFPA, DNV, etc.Proficient in engineering tools/software such as but not limited to Hysys, Pipesim, etc.Good understanding of Contracting, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Start Up for oil & gas production facilities.
