Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Management:Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Maintenance and Operations:Monitor the performance and efficiency of all building systems.Vendor and Contract Management:Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Monitor the performance and quality of work provided by external contractors.Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that services are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications:Facility Management experience is a must.Contracts scheduling experience is a plus.Excellent command of English Language is a must.10 to 15 Years of experience.Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
