Senior Field Service Engineer – PV & BESS (Bulgaria)

Your missionTake ownership of dispatched customer issues.Support resources dispatched onsite during commissioning and on site services.Support the Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services.Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities for PV & BESS.Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.Support resources dispatched onsite (Field Service Engineers and Service Partners) during commissioning and on site & reworks servicesParticipate in the claim management processTaking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration processTake over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.Your profileEducation as Electrical technician or Engineer. (understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, & Battery Energy Storage Systems)Bulgarian & English language skills at least on C1. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is mandatory. Experience dealing with customers in critical situations. Driving license is required for the job. H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training. Willing to work on call duty AND to travel on-site(70%).Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.Why us?
