Join Team Purple. Join IFS.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join the offshore FP&A team supporting IFS’s Global Sales organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis across the Sales organisation.You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial information that drives business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes for Global Sales.Prepare and maintain detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear commentary.Maintain reporting on deal level data including ACV, TCV & RevenueBuild and update financial models to support forecasting and Scenario planningAssist with automation and enhancement of reporting using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources.Manage data inputs and reconciliations from multiple systems (e.g., CRM, HR, and ERP).Support analysis of FTE headcount across HC and report on critical HC ratiosPrepare presentation materials and summary packs for review with senior stakeholders.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of reports.Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks, supporting continuous improvement in FP&A operations.Champion adoption of new tools and systems to drive improved reporting and analysisQualificationsQualifications and ExperienceQualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).3–5 years’ experience in a FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis role, ideally in a global or multinational business.Exposure to Sales finance within a software, SaaS, or technology environment highly desirable.Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, modelling) and Power BI (desirable).Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and reconcile large datasets.Strong communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and in a virtual team structure.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Additional InformationWe embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
