You will act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering insights that drive performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic growth while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.What You Will DoReview and analyze financial statements and KPI performance reportsManage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activitiesPartner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making supportBuild financial models and projections to support planning processesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insightsCollaborate with sales and market teams on price decisions and financial evaluationsLead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projectsWhat You Will BringBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field5–8 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A (including costing and controllership)Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluent in English, both written and spoken, with ability to communicate in an MNC environmentExperience in SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools is an advantageWho You AreAnalytical thinker with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with strong business partnering skillsWell-organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, adaptable, and results-orientedWhy Join Ingredion?BenefitsDiscover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your finance career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
