Join our rapidly growing team to make an impact in the Fintech space!About The RoleAs a Senior Finance Associate, you are responsible for making key financial, business related decisions and ensuring that budgets are met for Aspire’s business operations..The candidate will be an experienced Senior Finance member within the financial services industry with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, leadership ability and strategic thinking.As the Assistant Manager/Senior Associate in the finance controllership function you will be responsible for all regional financial matters & all aspects of financial regulatory reporting.Role ResponsibilitiesOwn the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Aspire Indonesia entities. Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and country-specific financial regulations while managing finance operations for international entities from ID..Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, taxation, audits, and internal controlsComplete audit with big 4 entities.Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and client fund reporting in coordination with partner banks.Review product flows from a finance perspective ensuring controls around invoicing, revenue recognition, funding requirements, documentation. Presents financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.Collaborates with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators.Implement internal controls to ensure that the company complies with all financial and statutory regulations.Required SkillsStrong academic pedigree, qualified as an accountant3–6+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services (fintech).Have managed Finance and Accounting team successfully at an evolving businessPassion to establish & scale a startup in the fintech industryProven experience in driving finance automation initiatives and leveraging AI/analytics tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.Flexible mindset and attitude to support a new business and its establishment in the marketStrategic thinking with excellent communication & negotiation skillsQualificationsA degree in the following fields will be advantageous - accountancy, finance, economicsQualified AccountantBy submitting this application, I confirm that all the information given by me in this application for employment and any additional documents attached hereto are true to the best of my knowledge and that I have not wilfully suppressed any material fact.
