Job Requisition ID #25WD92915Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced finance business partner to join Autodesk’s COO Finance organization. This position reports to the Finance Director of Renewals and will provide finance business partnering support to the EMEA Renewal Director in the Territory Renewals organization, to accomplish the mission of relentlessly focusing on customer retention.This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. The right candidate will demonstrate outstanding critical thinking, excellent collaboration skills, strong financial aptitude and business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, while focusing on the day-to-day financial details.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational finance support to the EMEA Renewal Director to drive customer retention, leveraging data and insightsPartner with EMEA Renewal leadership team on EMEA Sales Capacity Planning and coverage plan to align resources allocation and investment ask with business goals and drive maximized ROICollaborate with Sales leaders, Operation, Business Analytics, and Commission teams to develop Sales Compensation Plan, set sales quota and other KPI targets for the EMEA Renewal teamsReview, audit and approve quota attainment on timely basis including necessary adjustmentsReview and analyze retention and renewal financial KPIs. Develop ROI analysis to track and articulate financial impactProvide financial modeling support on sales programs and strategic initiativesSupport quarterly business reviews, executive reporting and other ad-hoc analysisReinforce internal control with sales team; review and approve exceptional sales transactionsDeliver a high standard of quality and accuracy in all finance support activitiesMinimum RequirementsBA/BS degree in finance, accounting or economics. MBA or ACCA/CPA a plusMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS companyAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHands-on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, PowerBI, Sigma)Experience with data analysis tools or languages; ability to write SQL queries in Snowflake is a plusOutstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and strong team playerStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and yet great attention to detailsStrong execution with ability to work in a fast pace and manage tight deadlinesGrowth mindset and ability to learn quicklyHow You’d Spend Your DayPartnering – You’ll act as trusted advisor and be embedded among EMEA Renewal leadership teams, providing counsel on where to invest or allocate resources to achieve intended strategic outcomes.Example: collaborate with business leaders to build capacity planning and develop sales compensation targets for EMEA Renewal team.Analyzing business performance – You’ll be reviewing the actual results of the business KPIs; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investment and drive maximized ROI.Example: review the result of retention/renewal rates and building ROI analysis to track the financial impact to the topline growth.Problem Solving – You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate through system and people, to drive process improvement and enhanced reporting capabilities.Example: Partner with operation program manager and data team to understand system and data limitations and work on short-term solutions and long-term requirements to effectively track business performance and implement consistent process across GEOs.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
