As we prepare for our market entry, we are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Agent to oversee our settlement processes and financial operations.Role OverviewAs the Senior Financial Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing both fiat and cryptocurrency settlement processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, managing assets and liabilities, and providing expert support on financial matters. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our platform while ensuring operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily settlement processes for both fiat and cryptocurrency transactionsReview and reconcile all financial transactions to ensure accuracyIdentify and resolve settlement discrepancies and make necessary adjustmentsMonitor and manage assets and liabilities to maintain optimal liquidity between fiat account and crypto walletsDevelop and implement strategies for efficient asset-liability matchingRespond to escalated financial support queries from customers and team membersCreate and maintain financial operations documentation and proceduresGenerate regular financial reports for management reviewCollaborate with compliance and technical teams to ensure smooth operationsImplement controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraudRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in fintech or financial servicesPrevious experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or payment platforms - mustStrong understanding of settlement processes for both traditional and digital assetsExperience with asset-liability management - mustKnowledge of financial controls and risk managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication abilities to explain complex financial conceptsProficiency in financial software and reporting tools – advantage Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of the Nigerian financial ecosystem and regulatory environmentKnowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency operationsExperience with financial operations in emerging marketsFamiliarity with treasury managementWhat We Offer: • Market related competitive salary • Opportunity to grow in a highly evolving, innovative organisation with its footprint across Africa • Opportunity to contribute at a strategic level in new markets • Opportunity to collaborate with diversified international teamsHow to apply:Submit your CV & cover letter/email to:lovejoy@khmtechnology.com
