Job Description1. Develop and maintain a financial management database system:Research, select, collect, and verify internal and external financial data and information; continuously identify valuable data sources for GPBank on a regular basis or upon business demand.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to automate and standardize financial data and reporting systems.Provide data and information support for evaluation and in-depth financial analysis as required.2. Reporting and Analysis:Develop, operate, and enhance analytical reports on product/customer/unit/operational efficiency (covering complex divisions and bank-wide areas such as IT, Marketing & Communications, etc.), including both periodic and ad-hoc performance analyses. These reports often require multidimensional assessments.Handle and deliver detailed financial information upon requests from departments and relevant stakeholders.Monitor and implement management adjustments related to assigned reporting activities.Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare specialized reports when required.3. Advisory Role:Address inquiries from assigned departments and business units.Provide proactive or requested consultations; collaborate with business units to define and propose feasible solutions and directions based on data analysis and insights.4. Optimization:Propose improvements, report issues related to quality to supervisors, and proactively seek process enhancement opportunities; apply approved improvement initiatives and solutions.5. Budgeting and Planning:Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans; coordinate with management to monitor trends and track performance against approved plans.6. Partner Management:Work with assigned stakeholders across business divisions.Engage with key internal partners to exchange information, provide analysis within the defined scope, and deliver justifications for proposals to build alignment and commitment.7. Team Support and Leadership:Guide, support, and supervise subordinates or manage and coach a small team of individuals.Ensure continuous capability development within the team and foster engagement toward achieving team and departmental objectives.Job Requirements1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance & Banking, Accounting, or Auditing.2. Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, management accounting, or balance sheet management.3. Knowledge:Solid understanding of banking operations, finance, and accounting.Knowledge of taxation laws, asset-liability management, and cost management accounting.Good understanding of key banking activities and organizational strategy, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable financial insights.Familiarity with accounting laws and standards.4. Skills:Strong presentation and analytical skills.Effective decision-making ability.Proficiency in financial analysis tools, data processing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
