This role is instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring business profitability by leading deal analysis, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy. The position also supports profit improvement initiatives, customer program evaluation, and ad-hoc financial reporting while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in sales, legal, marketing, supply chain, and operationsIdeal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA a plus)4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related fieldStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business economicsProven experience supporting sales organizations or commercial teams in a complex, matrixed environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of managementHighly organized, collaborative, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Access, and other financial reporting tools preferredDemonstrated integrity, accountability, and results-driven mindsetCompensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100K–$110KHybrid (3 days onsite/2 Days WFH)Full benefits package (no bonus structure for this role)SE: 510763541
