This role provides a unique opportunity to partner with functional leaders across the organization, influence planning and performance discussions, and deliver clear financial insights that drive business decisions.You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and financial clarity is crucial. The successful candidate will be comfortable translating complex financial information into actionable guidance, developing and improving reporting processes, and working collaboratively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesFinance Business Partnering & Decision SupportPartner with leaders across functional areas to support financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-makingTranslate financial data into clear insights and explain key performance drivers to non-financial stakeholdersPrepare and present financial analysis and results to senior leadershipForecasting, Budgeting & Financial ManagementSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cyclesMonitor operating metrics, expense drivers, and revenue performance relative to planContribute to headcount and expense modeling as part of long-range planningReporting & Financial AnalysisDevelop, maintain, and distribute periodic financial reporting packagesConduct ad-hoc financial analysis to answer business questions and support operational initiativesBuild financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysisProcess Improvement & Best PracticesIdentify and implement improvements to financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processesSupport automation efforts and adoption of best practices within financeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely reportingSpecial ProjectsParticipate in finance-led special projects, including system enhancements, reporting transitions, and business process documentationSupport business cases and financial impact analysis for strategic initiativesRequirements3–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related areasStrong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systemsComfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving prioritiesCPA designation (completed or in progress)Experience in high-growth, technology, SaaS, or services organizationsExposure to financial process redesign or reporting improvementsCyderes is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
