This is an incredible time to launch your career with us!We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key part of the Finance team delivering monthly financial packages to the Board and other stakeholders, preparing annual and rolling forecasts, and engaging with the business to drive positive financial results.About the Senior Financial AnalystIn this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of annual budget & rolling forecasts, perform monthly variance analysis, and comparing actual results back to the forecast and budget.Additional responsibilities will include:Prepare and analyze monthly financial package including KPI reporting and variance analysis.Alongside the VP of Finance engage with business leaders on a monthly basis to report on financial performance and provide actionable feedback to drive positive financial results.Assist the VP of Finance with profitability analysis on new products and large sales opportunities.Assist the Senior Management Team in preparing monthly financial statements, management presentations and quarterly board presentations.Identify and solution areas of process improvement and automation within Finance to drive efficiencies, so time can be spent on more value-add activities.About You:As the Senior Financial Analyst you will bring a proven track record of analyzing the business and engaging with business leaders to drive positive financial results. You have 4 or more years proven success in a fast-paced, challenging environment in the field of Finance driving positive change as well as 2 or more years of proven success in presenting financial results to stakeholders including the Board, Senior Management, Financial institutions, and other parties.Additional Qualifications include:BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, from an accredited college or university required.
