Job details: Financial Planning: Develop and maintain the P&L budget & forecast; procedure robust forecasts that achieve business objectives;Reporting & analyst: Provide timely & accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts & actual;Be Finance Control Partner on P&L, B/S management, control & budget on CAPEX & overhead expenses for the Projects/ HoldcoEstablish & monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Projects/ HoldcoBuild financial model for fund raising: bond, loan.Review loan contract, bond documents;Prepare report for bank, authority relates to bond;Support M&A deals.RequirementsExcellent organizing abilitiesGreat attention to detailGood with numbers and figures and an analytical acumenGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practicesBSc/Ba in accounting, financeEnglish skill
