You will prepare year-end statutory accounts (local GAAP and group IFRS), coordinate local and group audits, and support the design, setup, and governance of intercompany accounting, master data, and reconciliations. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership.What you'll doOwn the monthly close and deliver consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; prepare consolidation entries and maintain templates.Lead year-end close (group and local), support IFRS group statements, and coordinate statutory filings and audits.Design and govern intercompany frameworks and policies; automate processes; own monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve queries with local teams.Maintain group accounting policies (IFRS), strengthen consolidation controls, and drive continuous process improvements.Configure and maintain consolidation master data and COA mappings; own toolsets and lead finance systems automation.Support cash flow planning, reporting, and consolidation of group liquidity.What you bring to the tableUniversity degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling, or a comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or accountingExperience with consolidation and ERP systems; Lucanet and Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plusInquisitive, tech-first builder mindsetStrong attention to detail with pragmatic business judgmentAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent communication, conflict management, and teamwork skillsVery good German and English, spoken and writtenYou can work hybrid from our Munich or Berlin officePerks at workLucaFlex – We acknowledge that every individual has different working styles and preferences.
