In this role, you’ll provide meaningful financial insights, support decision-making, and serve as the go-to expert for financial matters.Key Responsibilities:Deliver financial analyses to support business planning and strategic decisionsTranslate complex financial issues into clear insights for stakeholdersMonitor cost developments, flag risks and opportunitiesProvide recommendations based on financial developmentsAct as the main point of contact for all finance-related requestsCoordinate actuals, forecasts, and business plansEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingProvide clear commentary on financial performanceIdentify and drive improvements in financial processesSupport or lead projects aimed at optimizing finance operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Strong English skillsMinimum 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or similar rolesStrong understanding of financial principles and reporting standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to advise stakeholdersDetail-oriented with high standards for accuracyProactive, improvement-focused mindsetWhat We OfferAnnual bonus aligned with performanceFlexible cafeteria benefit packageTravel allowance to support your daily commutePrivate health insurance for your well-beingLong-term, stable career opportunityHybrid work model with 3 days home office per week
