Senior Financial Controller (m/f/x)

Your missionAs Senior Financial Controller at Rail-Flow, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and discipline of our financial controlling and reporting. You drive the monthly closing process, provide actionable insights for management, and continuously improve our financial processes and tools.Investor & C-Level Reporting: You are responsible for preparing and delivering reports for investors and executive management. You establish and maintain a company-wide KPI dashboard and prepare financial data and presentations for advisory board meetings.KPI Provision & Data Quality:You deliver meaningful KPIs, analyses, and reports for management and sales steering, ensuring data quality and consistency in all relevant systems. Process Optimization & Compliance:You analyze monthly financial results, optimize and monitor financial processes, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Cost Control & Contribution Margin Accounting:You support the development and enhancement of cost control and contribution margin accounting, providing transparency and actionable recommendations.
