Operations Analyst!Oversee the comprehensive end-to-end ISC finance reporting process and provide support to ISC Operations Directors in executing daily deliverables and productivity enhancement initiatives.Assist the ISC Finance Director and ISC Finance Manager in the management of manufacturing costs totalling approximately $360 million across 13 sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.Collaborate closely with the ISC Finance Manager in managing all ISC finance functions, including SRO, budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, financial reporting, and conducting detailed variance analyses.Lead the month-end closing procedures to guarantee precise and reliable financial reporting across all 13 plants.Participate in the preparation and submission of official reports in strict accordance with the corporate closing calendar.What you`ll do:AOP / Forecast• Lead the end-to-end data collection and validation process from all 13 sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness across multiple financial planning scenarios including Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Forecasts.• Drive the preparation of detailed scenario analyses and executive-level presentation materials, delivering clear and insightful financial information to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.• Collaborate in the allocation of top-down corporate targets, distributing them appropriately across all sites to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Perform comprehensive financial and operational analyses, explaining key figures and variances to internal teams and external stakeholders, thereby promoting transparency and informed business decisions.Month-End Close and Short Range Outlook (SRO)• Actively participate in weekly SRO meetings with plant leadership teams to review performance, monitor financial results, and identify any risks or opportunities requiring attention.• Manage the preparation and accuracy of the month-end closing reporting decks, ensuring all financial information is reconciled and reported within established deadlines.• Provide ad hoc financial support to the ISC global finance team, responding promptly to requests and special projects.• Support the ISC finance transformation by contributing to global finance initiatives aimed at process improvements and enhanced operational efficiencies.Business Partnership• Conduct detailed business analyses to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimizations, delivering actionable recommendations to improve overall business performance.• Serve as the primary financial liaison for ISC Operations Directors, addressing all financial queries and providing insights that influence business strategy and operational decisions.• Act as the backup for the ISC Finance Manager, ensuring continuity in managing finance activities and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Facilitate coordination between Supply Chain and Controllership teams, ensuring all exceptional accounting entries are properly documented, approved, and compliant with corporate policies and accounting standards.What you need:• Bachelors degree or above in Finance and / or business school and / or accounting• 5-10 years FP&A or ISC Finance relevant experience in multinational environment & complex organizationOther:- Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Expertise in month-end close processes and financial consolidation- Strong proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data accuracy- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for
