They play a key role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of buildings and spaces, from initial sketches to final construction documents. Responsibilities·        Lead fit out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met·         Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results·        Interpret and verify technical drawings, specifications, and design documents for compliance with standards·        Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality; resolve discrepancies promptly·        Maintain detailed records of project activities, progress reports, and issue logs·        Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and client requirementsQualifications:·        Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.·        6/8 years of experience as a fit out engineer·        Proven background in interior construction, site supervision, and fit out project delivery.·        Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software.·        Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.·        proven experience in managing commercial, retail, or residential fit out works
