Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building models, and providing insights that influence leadership decisions. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, while also supporting special projects and business initiatives.What You’ll DoFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.Track performance against targets and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools.Strategic & Project SupportProvide financial analysis and modeling support for strategic initiatives and business opportunities.Partner with teams across the organization to evaluate investments, growth projects, and key operational decisions.Contribute to financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.Reporting & InsightsConsolidate and interpret financial results and performance metrics.Deliver clear, actionable insights to help guide business strategy and execution.Support regular management and board reporting as needed.What You Bring6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; strong PowerPoint and presentation abilities.Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Advanced certification (CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred but not required.
