This role involves taking initiative in software development processes, architecting scalable UI systems, and guiding the team with best practices in code quality and performance.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about frontend architecture, and experienced in delivering high-performance, maintainable interfaces using modern technologies.[The seniority/title is determined by job-related skills, experience, and evaluation after the interview.]Responsibilities Lead the **frontend architecture** in new projects and play an active role in key technical decisions Contribute to defining and maintaining **technical standards** across the team Drive refactoring and continuous improvement efforts to ensure codebase maintainability Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver **user-centric** solutions Own and uphold the **code review** process to ensure high-quality and consistent code Build **accessible**, **performant**, and **reusable UI components** that scale Apply advanced optimization strategies to ensure all UI components, especially third-party or interactive content, load efficiently and perform smoothly across a wide range of devices, browsers, and embedded environments (e.g., webviews).About You[Must-Have Technical Skills] Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript At least **4 years of experience** with **React.js**, including Hooks, Context API, and robust state management approaches Experience in **component-based architecture** (e.g., Atomic Design) Strong styling skills with **SCSS** and/or **Tailwind CSS** Deep understanding of build tools like **Vite** (Webpack or Rollup experience is a plus) Proficient in version control with **Git** and active participation in PR/code review workflows Solid experience integrating with **RESTful APIs** Hands-on expertise in **performance optimization techniques** such as lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, and re-render control[Nice-to-Have] Experience building or contributing to a **design system** or **component library** Involvement in **technical decision-making processes** Proven ability to collaborate effectively with **UI/UX teams** throughout the design and development lifecycle Experience with performance tuning for **third-party scripts**, **advertising content**, or other **resource-intensive components**.[Personal Attributes] Strong awareness of **code quality** and **software sustainability** Proactive mindset with the ability to identify technical bottlenecks and take initiative Comfortable with both **written and verbal technical communication in English** Product ownership attitude with a focus on **user experience and usability**
