L.Department: IT Software EngineeringReports to: Global IT Director of Software EngineeringAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our IT Software Engineering team at San Services S. de R. L. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about creating seamless, high-performing web applications and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to deliver exceptional user experiences.You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, graphic designers, and back-end developers to ensure consistent, high-quality design and performance across all platforms. Your expertise will help us enhance usability, optimize speed, and maintain brand consistency across all digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve modern, responsive web applications.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance.Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver cohesive, high-quality interfaces.Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.Write and review code to uphold best practices and ensure consistency.Mentor junior and mid-level developers to support their technical growth.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.4+ years of experience in front-end development.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Vue.js, or Next.js.Experience with browser debugging and automated testing frameworks.Solid understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design.Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.What We OfferAt San Services, we value our people and their well-being.
