Senior Full Stack Developer (Generative AI Specialist)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Generative AI development to join our product engineering team.You will help with the design and development of AI-powered applications and APIs, integrating them into Halosis’s core platform and helping shape the next generation of conversational and automation technologies.This is a hands-on technical leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, scalable architecture, and real-world impact.Job description:Design and develop full stack applications integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, and Generative AI frameworksBuild scalable APIs and backend services using PHP Laravel, Node.js, or Python (FastAPI/Flask)Implement intelligent front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or Vue.jsCollaborate with data and product teams to design, train, and deploy AI models for automation, chat, and content generationOptimize performance, scalability, and security across the stackLead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and uphold engineering best practicesExplore and adopt new Gen AI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong proficiency in PHP Laravel, Node.js, or PythonProven experience in AI or Generative AI development (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks)Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database designExpertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Next.jsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural skillsStrong collaboration and communication abilitiesExperience developing AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or automation systemsKnowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMsContributions to open-source AI projects
