Senior Full-Stack Developer

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.We are seeking senior-level Senior Full-Stack Developer who can:Produce high-quality code that follows best practices, is fully covered by tests and is optimizedWork with Node.js for backend, Next.js for frontend, MySQL database, Redis for caching, and a Microservices architectureThe GOALS for this position is to:Be efficient and precise with your work, produce high quality features and stay on track with advances in technology especially AIRequired Skills:You are an expert developer and a motivated AI enthusiast.7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong background in React, NextJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS.In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Microservices architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions to completion.Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fully remote work environment.Responsibilities:Build and maintain features and servicesContribute to solution design and implementation details; provide input during technical discussions.Estimate tasks and deliver on time.Write clean, testable, well-documented code with unit/integration tests; contribute to CI/CD workflows.Participate in code reviews and uphold team coding standards and best practices.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack; own features from development through deployment and monitoring.Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps to align on requirements and delivery.Monitor performance and reliability; add and improve observability (logging, metrics, tracing).Research relevant tools and approaches; share findings to improve team efficiency and product quality.Oyster Link offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND profit sharing.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
