Additionally, AIZEN helps financial institutions diversify their portfolios in the emerging EV sector without incurring significant upfront costs.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to become a core contributor within our high-performance product squad. In this role, you will be hands-on in the code, driving feature development from concept to deployment while serving as a technical role model for the wider team.Core Objectives:1. Technical Mentorship & Collaboration Act as a force multiplier for the team. While you won't manage people directly, you will actively mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.2. Scalable System Implementation Contribute deeply to our architecture. You will design and build scalable, high-performance microservices using NestJS and help drive technical decisions that ensure our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure remains robust and cost-effective.3. Hands-on Engineering Craftsmanship Set the standard by writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will execute across our stack—delivering seamless experiences on Web (React/Next.js) backed by a powerful Node.js ecosystem.4. Product Delivery & Feasibility Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to evaluate technical feasibility. You will translate complex requirements into broken-down, executable technical tasks, ensuring we ship features with speed and high quality.5. Infrastructure & DevOps Optimization Take responsibility for the health of your services. You will maintain and improve our deployment pipelines, manage resources on GCP, and champion best practices for reliability, security, and observability.
