FlairsTech is hiring: Senior Fullstack Software EngineerAbout the Role FlairsTech is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design and deliver a next-generation SaaS platform built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. In this role, you will own both the architecture and implementation across backend and frontend layers—driving scalability, security, and engineering excellence.You’ll work closely with product and cloud engineering teams to build secure, high-performing, and maintainable cloud services that power our growing suite of enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure.Build and optimize backend APIs and services using .NET 8 and Azure Functions.Implement rich, performant frontends with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Design and manage data storage using Azure Database for PostgreSQL.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Bicep Infrastructure as Code.Enforce robust security, identity, and role-based access control (RBAC) using Clerk OIDC and Azure API Management.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, incremental product releases.Requirements6+ years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Storage, API Management, Key Vault, Monitor, PostgreSQL).Deep understanding of multi-tenant architectures, row-level security (RLS), and scalable SaaS design.Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code principles.Proven ability to work independently and within distributed teams.Nice to HaveExperience with Next.js or React 19.Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Bicep, or Terraform.Exposure to event-driven architectures (queues, background workers).Background in ERP integrations or financial systems.
