You’ll work with international clients, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality software in a professional English-speaking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java / Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS / Angular / VueJS).Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver features on time and at high quality.Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural design.Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.Communicate effectively in English with international stakeholders.Requirements5+ years of experience in full stack web development.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Proficiency with ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum methodology.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Proven experience collaborating with international clients.Why Join Axtra LabsWork with global clients in Australia, Europe, and the US.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Professional, English-speaking work environment.Hybrid working model with flexible hours.Opportunities to grow into Tech Lead / Architect roles.Supportive culture with continuous learning and certifications.
