RESPONSIBILITIESThe Company is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React, React Native and Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a strong interest or background in fintech or blockchain technologies.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend), React Native(mobile) and Node.js (backend).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Troubleshoot and debug applications.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.3. REQUIREMENT7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.Strong proficiency in React Native, React.js and Node.js with 4 years of full time experience or equivalent.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good English both verbal and written skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fintech or blockchain domains.Knowledge of smart contracts, crypto wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).Exposure to security best practices in financial applications.4.
