The role involves understanding business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into functional designs. It includes leading solution design, configuring systems to align with business needs, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, and providing post-implementation support. The role also requires offering guidance and expertise to junior team members while coordinating with stakeholders at various levels.
