As a self-motivated developer, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building our GenAI platform and implementing new GenAI use cases across the Group.As a valued engineer in our tribe, you'll lead the development of our GenAI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance."You'll be joining the bank at an incredibly exciting time. We're building a GenAI platform using serverless cloud technologies to accelerate the bank's ambitions," says Saad Afzal, Chapter Lead of GenAI.You will:Collaborate with diverse teams to introduce new features, conduct proofs of concept for various use cases, and bring these use cases to productionCraft clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering strictly to the bank's best practicesParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure the highest level of code qualityIdentify and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environmentsServe as a role model and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineersAbout you:Bachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field)4-5 years of industry experience in software engineeringStrong proficiency in one or more languages, such as Python, or Go, and related frameworksExperience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologiesAdvanced English skillsBonus points if you have:Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including the use of GenAI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, etc.Knowledge of enterprise security best practicesExperience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform"Be yourself.
