Job Description:1. Delivery of Quality Service:Manages staff, officers and processes under supervision to comply with Service Level Commitments in order to prevent complaints from customers and process partners.Acknowledges client complaints and immediately address and resolve to their satisfaction.Anticipates potential problem situations through brainstorming with staff and officers and draws plans to address such potential problems.Coordinates with the GS Team Leader to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.Recommends to GS Team Leader new or revised procedures, forms, reports or office layout that will improve the productivity and the quality of service in the team.Ensures that processes under supervision meet the required sigma level.2. Manage Efficient ProcessesEnsures staffing under supervision is appropriate to manage workload with minimal overtime, meet approved production schedules and within budgeted cost.Determines weekly manpower needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiate appropriate action.Reviews operating data and investigate deviations from anticipated performance. Initiates and implements necessary corrective actionPlan for maintenance of equipment and facilities to maximize the uptime and utilization of capital equipment assets.Facilitates staff and officers cross-training and prepare development plan for them.Monitors individual and line performance and takes corrective action.Evaluates performance and mentors GS Officers regularly.Conduct formal performance reviews.Ensures that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job.Recommends continuous improvement plans or possible 6 sigma projects and support related activities.Perform other duties that are required by the GS Team Leader and the Bank.3. Comply with Policies and StandardsAdministers employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules appropriate for the unit.Pass audit and controls exercises by maintaining a low risk rating.Conducts periodic self-audit to ensure compliance of processes and quality service delivery standards.Monitors Control Plans and troubleshoots workmanship problems to ensure that outputs meet or exceed all established quality requirements and commitments.Regularly adheres and updates Control Functions Checklists.Implements and complies with safety programs and housekeeping.Qualifications:At least 2 years relevant experience
