👋 We’re Hiring: Senior Golang Backend Developer📍Location: Serbia, Novi Sad/Hybrid or Remote option from other locations is being considered.🕒Format: Full-time🚀 About Us:IN8INITY a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and smart tech solutions in telecommunication services area.We're looking for a Senior Golang Backend Developer to join our growing team and to take an active part in improving our services. 💻 About Project stack:🔸Main language: Go;🔸Message Queueing system: Kafka🔸Databases: MySQL, ProxySQL, Percona, Redis;🔸Delivery tools: Ansible, CI/CD pipelines.✅ Key Responsibilities:🔸Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services;🔸Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and design patterns;🔸Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design and scalability strategies;🔸Design and optimize micro services architectures and distributed systems;🔸Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, resilient, and capable of handling high loads;🔸Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality;🔸Stay updated with Golang ecosystem trends, libraries, and tooling improvements;🔸Identify and advocate for improvements in development processes and system performance;🔸Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.🛠️ What We’re Looking For:🔸At least 5 years in the software development field;🔸Passion for writing tests;🔸Experience with distributed high-load systems;🔸Understanding of Events and Message Queue (MQ) patterns;🔸Hands-on experience with Relational Databases;🔸Hands-on experience with Redis or other Key-Value storages;🔸Experience in REST and RPC API development;🔸Knowledge of version management utilities like Git and software delivery tools;🔸Hands-on experience writing service tests and delivery pipelines;🔸Clear written and spoken communication in Russian;🔸English level B1 (at least technical reading proficiency);🔸Responsibility, independence and initiative.📩 If you're interested, apply now or tag someone who’d be a great fit!#Hiring#Golang#GoLangDeveloper#BackendDeveloper#RemoteJobs#TechJobs#SeniorEngineer
