Job Description
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the visual storyteller behind our most exciting projects. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll shape the look & feel of strategic event branding & campaigns that will leave lasting impressions. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to develop compelling designs that resonate with our clients and their audiences. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Responsibilities Visualise and craft stunning visuals for a variety of mediums and projects - from print, digital platforms to environmental graphics. From experiential activations, strategic events, to integrated marketing campaigns Act as design guardian for clients’ brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standardsLead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and help them reach new creative heights Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence Manage multiple projects with finesse, ensuring top notch quality and timely deliveryQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience transforming creative concepts into visually compelling designs, ideally within an experiential marketing agency.A diverse and impressive portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and a strong design aesthetic.Diploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent real-world experienceAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Firefly), as well as PowerPoint and Figma.Skilled in using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Sora, and Midjourney to elevate design quality and innovation.A visual problem solver who can adapt to challenges on the flyPassion for creativity, innovation, and pushing creative boundariesExcellent communication skills — able to articulate creative ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
