Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:As a Senior Graphic Designer at our advertising agency, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and strategically aligned designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You will work closely with the creative team and clients to conceptualize, design, and execute impactful campaigns and branded assets.  Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the creative director and account teams to translate client briefs and brand strategies into cohesive, visually striking designs- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements- Create engaging social media content and assets, including graphics, videos, and animated posts- Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors to ensure high-quality production- Stay up-to-date with design trends, technology, and best practices- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers Required Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including branding, print, and digital/social media.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and discuss design concepts.- Keen eye for typography, color, and composition.- Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.- Passion for design, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
