This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on creative work with creative leadership — helping shape the visual identity of one of Australia's most dynamic hospitality groups.What You'll DoDesign brand assets and campaign collateral across print, digital, and motion.Build and maintain brand packs and templates for the venue portfolio.Create promotional content for social media, web, EDMs, and in-venue signage.Edit short-form video and animation content for digital use.Use AI tools to streamline creative workflows and inspire new concepts.Help shape creative processes, systems, and the future of the design function.What you'll bring4–6+ years’ design experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or agency preferred).Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills.Experience in video editing and animation.An eye for brand consistency and storytelling across multiple venues.Curiosity about AI design tools and innovation.A collaborative mindset and love for bringing brands to life.Why join Harvest:You'll be the creative cornerstone of a growing in-house team, working across some of NSW's most iconic venues.
