Work will adhere to Roku’s current brand guidelines to ensure consistency across markets and touchpoints. About the RoleThis role on the Creative Studio team focuses on devices and requires print and digital design for the Roku Marketing team. You will handle various creative types, including email, etail, on-device, packaging, and the full lifecycle of international digital assets for Roku device campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing and writing teams to produce designs that uphold the Roku brand and drive results. Partnering with regional stakeholders, you will oversee creative production, quality, and delivery for multi-market projects, ensuring they meet local specifications, languages, and cultural expectations. You will champion processes, enforce taxonomy and file-naming standards, and maintain compliance with usage rights and brand guidelines across assets and channels. This role also leads other international designers and reports directly to the Manager of International Creative. What you'll be doing Create stunning designs that uphold the Roku brand—from concept to completion for both print and digital. Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs. Drive the international asset lifecycle from brief to delivery across markets and channels (e-tail/PDPs, retail digital, packaging, web placements, email, social), ensuring on-time, complete, and market-ready creative packages. Produce production-ready design assets. Partner with Marketing Managers and creative team to drive ideation. Be able to communicate clearly with marketing and creative, ensure and enforce that creative delivers on brief and is at a high quality, as well as art direct and mentor other international designers. Follow and champion localization workflows to adapt copy, imagery, and claims for regional requirements while preserving Roku’s brand voice and quality bar. Follow and enforce file-naming conventions by country/region to improve asset discoverability, reuse, and compliance across internal systems and vendors. Responsible for ensuring that processes are being followed and creating efficiencies while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be proactive and self-motivated while having strong and clear communication skills. Manage multiple projects while ensuring creative deliverable quality. Be deadline driven.  We’re excited if you have6+ yrs. of work-related experience as a designer. A blend of agency and corporate is a plus. BS in design or related creative field. Portfolio demonstrates relevant design experience in both print and digital. Well-versed in Figma and Adobe creative suite; familiar with digital asset management platforms. Must have working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong production skills—efficient at creating production-ready artwork and assets. Solid visual design foundation (typography, layout, etc.)Ability to think, respond, and design quickly with attention to detail on multiple projects. Familiarity with AI tools, such as Adobe Firefly, and experience working in advertising, media and/or entertainment a plus.
