Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Canva, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of modern design trends and be comfortable working with AI-generated graphics. This role involves creating visually captivating content, designing marketing materials, and editing YouTube videos to enhance our brand presence across all digital platforms.Location- Bagdol, LalitpurWorking hours- 8 am - 4 pmResponsibilities of the Candidate:Design high-quality social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand assets using Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.Work with AI-generated images (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly) — refine, enhance, and integrate them into polished final designs.Edit and produce YouTube videos, including thumbnails, intros, outros, and motion graphics.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.Keep up with emerging design trends, AI tools, and creative best practices.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio (Canva and Adobe projects required).Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.Experience with at least one AI graphic tool (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway).Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.Plus: Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and short-form content (Reels/Shorts).Nice to HaveFamiliarity with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects or Canva’s animation features).Knowledge of SEO-friendly design for YouTube and social media platforms.Experience in digital marketing design or brand identity development.Required skillsAdobe photoshopAdobe illustratorGraphic designingCanvaEnglish proficiency spokenTo apply: please send your updated cv to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process.
