Senior Growth Analyst (On-platform) - Marketing, ShopeePay

Job Description Business Insights & Data AnalysisAnalyze performance across user funnels (Acquisition – Activation – Retention) and core categories (ShopeePay App, Digital Products, P2P, etc.) to identify growth levers and drop-offs.Work with BI to build dashboards, cohorts and segmentation for ongoing business monitoring.Provide data-driven recommendations for growth experiments, feature enhancements, and business decisions. Strategy & Initiative PlanningPropose, evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on data, business impact and user insights.Coordinate with Product, Operations, BI and Marketing to drive implementation and ensure initiative success.Monitor initiative performance (pre-post analysis, A/B test outcomes, uplift measurement). Research & Market InsightsConduct desk research, user surveys and competitor benchmarking to understand user behavior, market trends and competitive landscape.Translate findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations. Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear and structured management reports for Local & Regional stakeholders (weekly/monthly business review, category performance, opportunity sizing, etc.). Others: Others ad-hoc analysis, business deep dives and cross-functional projects as assigned.Requirements4+ years of working experience in tech companies or consulting firms.Competent in analysis, research and presentation.Strong critical thinking and problem solving skill.Proactive, self-starter, open-minded and ability to learn quickly.Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver project.Proficient in PowerPoint/ Excel.Good team player, positive attitude and eager to work in a fast-paced industry.Proactive and portrait strong interest to join the fin-tech industry.Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred.
