As one of Singapore’s latest digital wholesale banks fully regulated by MAS, we’re committed to continuous innovation to bring about simpler, safer and more rewarding financial services. #bringingaboutwhatsnextWe are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join us.Job OverviewReporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving scalable growth through optimized digital marketing channels, including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs. This role is highly performance-driven, focusing on channel optimization, CRM management (namely HubSpot), and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing ROI. You will lead initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, improve engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV), ensuring that marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesGrowth Marketing Strategy & OptimisationShape the growth marketing roadmap and drive initiatives that contribute to the overall business growth, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.Partner with Product Commercialisation, Business Development and Partnerships to create and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, partnerships, etc.Continuously assess new opportunities, tactics, and channels, including affiliate marketing partnerships, to scale customer acquisition, retention and advocacy efforts.Always-On Paid Acquisition:Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across digital platforms including Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and more to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.Manage budget allocation, optimize campaigns, and use performance data to achieve maximum ROI and lower customer acquisition costs/CPAs.Use attribution models and scoring matrices to track channel effectiveness and make data-backed decisions on resource allocation.Lifecycle Marketing:Design and implement lifecycle marketing initiatives to engage customers from acquisition to long-term retention.Oversee email marketing, retargeting, and customer segmentation to maintain engagement, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value (LTV).Leverage Hubspot for CRM management to drive conversions and nurture customer relationships.Referral Program (ETBs):Lead the development, optimization, and management of our referral program (ETBs), driving organic growth and customer acquisition.Create compelling incentives and campaigns to encourage customer referrals, generating high-quality leads and increasing brand loyalty.Marketing Performance Reporting & Attribution:Maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards, using data to track KPIs such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.Optimize marketing channels across paid and organic media to improve overall campaign performance and ROI.Monitor channel performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and click-through rates (CTR), making adjustments to ensure marketing dollars are spent efficiently.Lead monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth.Requirements8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.Proven track record of managing Google Ads, paid social campaigns, with experience in always-on acquisition, paid social and programmatic ads.Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies and tools for retargeting, email marketing, and CRM integration.Experience in managing or optimizing referral programs and customer advocacy campaigns.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and proficiency in creating data-driven reports.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in FinTech marketing is a plus.What You Need to Be Successful:Hands-on experience driving growth marketing initiatives across digital channels.Deep expertise in paid media management and optimization for high-performance campaigns.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on campaign success.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive results with minimal supervisionNice-to-Haves:Familiarity with A/B testing tools and marketing automation platforms.Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies to complement paid media efforts.Familiarity with data visualisation tools for reporting and performance tracking
