The Senior HR Associate/Specialist (Engagement) handles the corporate engagement initiatives and programs while ensuring effectiveness and relevance to the overall optimum development of employees. This role involves creating, fostering, and maintaining positive as well as inclusive work environment in order to ensure that employees feel valued, motivated, empowered, and connected to the vision, mission, values, and goals of ALVEO.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management, and/or other HR/Business related courses.Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant work experience in real estate/construction firms/related industries and/or handled various engagement and events management functions.Highly/proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.With/critical thinking, planning, problem-solving and/or analytical skills.Proficient in various software applications such as ESAS, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Familiar with the business and the dynamics of the organization in relation to budget/costing, market/competition scan, latest HR Engagement, and business processes/operations.Can deal and handle non-critical to (low) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to engagement initiatives and programs.With leadership skills/result-driven and process approach mindset with proven track record in driving and achieving business objectives and results.Very/keen on details especially on HR analytics and reports, engagement, documentation, and records.Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams, and other stakeholders.Highly/organized and can handle multiple engagement initiatives and projects.Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.Creative in terms of preparation of marketing/promotional collaterals for engagement activities.
