People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.Job DescriptionAnalyse current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and developmentPartner with leaders and line managers to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic developmentEnsure high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of the “pulse” of the employeesManage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programsManaging employee relations and performance-related discussions and challenges with relevant teams and leadersChampion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our workRequirementsBachelor degree with at least 4 years of HR experience in a dynamic and high performing environmentPrevious experience as HR generalist or HR consultant is a plusStrategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisionsAble to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standardsProactive and collaborative
