The company focuses on driving digital transformation and has engaged over 4 million participants worldwide.The RoleWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and manage our entire HR function. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Department Managers and the CEO Office Head, you will be the primary architect and driver of all HR strategies and programs. This role requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic foresight, ensuring our people strategy directly supports and accelerates our aggressive business goals and scaling objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & PartnershipStrategy Development: Translate the company’s business objectives, growth targets, and long-term vision into a cohesive, impactful, and scalable HR strategy.Executive Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CEO Office Head, and Department Managers on all people-related matters, including organizational design, change management, succession planning, and talent investment.Business Alignment: Partner with department leaders to understand their unique challenges and workforce needs, designing and implementing HR solutions that drive their operational and strategic success.Budget & Resource Management: Manage the HR department budget and oversee the selection and implementation of all necessary HR tools and systems to support scale.2. Talent Management & DevelopmentWorkforce Planning: Oversee and drive strategic workforce planning, ensuring the company has the right talent in the right roles at the right time to meet scaling demands.Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage a robust, continuous Performance Management system that fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and development aligned with startup pace.Learning & Development (L&D): Establish L&D programs, including leadership development, technical upskilling, and management training, crucial for rapid career growth within a scaling environment.Recruitment Strategy Oversight: Collaborate with or manage the recruitment function to ensure a highly efficient, diverse, and data-driven hiring process that can sustain hyper-growth.3. Culture, Engagement & Employee RelationsCulture Architect: Actively champion, evolve, and embed the company's core values and culture, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace experience for all employees during rapid scale.Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs (e.g., surveys, communication forums, recognition programs) to measure and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.Change Management: Lead communications and initiatives related to organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions with clear employee support and minimal disruption.Compliance & ER: Oversee all HR compliance, policies, and procedures. Manage complex employee relations issues, providing objective and fair guidance to maintain a professional and legally compliant work environment.4. Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and manage a competitive, scalable, and equitable Total Rewards strategy (compensation, equity, and benefits) that attracts and retains top-tier tech talent globally.Compensation Planning: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation is competitive and structured to incentivize high performance.Equity & Retention: Strategically use equity and other long-term incentives to align employee success with company success and drive retention.QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a high-growth technology startup or rapidly scaling environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
