Senior HR Generalist - Advanced English (Bali Relocation)

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including renewable energy specialists.Support onboarding, training, and performance management processes.Advise employees and managers on HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices.Maintain HR records, contracts, and benefits administration.Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to support retention.Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting.Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or project-based industries.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
