Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to drive the people strategy for a rapidly expanding global MedTech organization.*Must have: More than 5 years of HRBP or TA Head/Leader experience in Medical device/equipment or Helthcare industry.*Must have: Having at least 3 years of overseas work assignment like APAC, EMEA market etcIn this role, you will partner closely with the Group HR Head and regional business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies across Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting organizational growth and cross-regional alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Group HR leadership to design and implement global HR and talent management strategies.Lead and develop a regional HRBP team to deliver programs in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.Design and execute talent retention and succession plans, with a strong focus on developing the next generation of commercial leaders.Foster a performance-driven culture through effective incentive and reward programs.Partner with business leaders and HQ HR to roll out core values, culture initiatives, and key people projects across regions.Work with Regional VPs to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational scalability.Establish and improve HR policies, frameworks, and operational processes, including payroll and compliance for international markets.Coach and mentor regional HR team members to enhance capability and performance.Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.More than 5 years of HRBP or TA Head/Leader experience in Medical device/equipment or Helthcare industry.Having at least 3 years of overseas work assignment like APAC, EMEA etcStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent decision-making skills.Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to liasie with stakeholders.*Open to the applicants who wants to work remotely from other countries.
