In this role, you will be the key operational link between our distributors, dealers, and partners across the region, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient coordination with headquarters. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead, Territory Sales Manager, and Marketing & Communication teams to support business growth and operational excellence.Posizione:Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries related to after-sales, product information, and trade support.You own the resolution process for claims, returns, replacements, and warranty cases, ensuring timely and professional handling.You will coordinate logistics and order tracking, working with HQ teams to monitor delivery status and product availability.You will be supporting the commercial team by preparing reports, quotations, and assisting with basic sales administration tasks.You need to maintain accurate customer records and assist with product presentations or events when required.Ensure smooth communication between local partners and headquarters, helping to bridge operational gaps and enhance customer satisfaction.Requisiti:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or after-sales operations.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong eye for detail.Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.A proactive, reliable, and adaptable mindset, thriving in a small, multicultural team environment.Altre informazioni:LOCATION: SINGAPORE
