Process Designer

Key Requirements:3+ years’ experience in process design, analysis, and blueprinting for large global enterprisesFinancial Services background with strong understanding of processes, systems, and productsProficient in ARIS, ADO, and MS OfficeSkilled in workshop facilitation, project management tools (Clarity, ADO, MS Project), and data reporting (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, and ConfluenceStrong in financial and contract managementKnowledge of Agile-based delivery, project leadership, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, adapt, and build relationships while maintaining customer focus
