Job Description

Job ScopeOversee the full scope of human resources activities within a structured, compliance-driven environment.The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law, solid experience across all areas of HR operations, and strong familiarity with Emiratization regulations and reporting requirements. The role requires an adaptable, solutions-oriented professional capable of handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalities.Provide expert guidance on UAE Labour Law, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.Support the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures.Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR documentation, records, and HRMS data.Coordinate and monitor Emiratization initiatives, ensuring alignment with MOHRE and Tawteen requirements.Track Emiratization KPIs including hiring, training, and career progression for UAE Nationals.Collaborate with department heads to address manpower needs, including drivers, retail, and field roles.Support talent development, engagement activities, and performance management cycles.Prepare and maintain HR reports and assist with audits or inspections as required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.5–7 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE (experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred).In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization frameworks.Experience working across multi-entity or group structures.Proficiency in HRMS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
