Acton, MA Full-time | On-site Experience Level: Mid-Level (5–8 years) Experience Required: 5 Years Education Required: High School or Equivalent Function: Human Resources Industry: Plastics Relocation Assistance: No Total Positions: 1Overview A manufacturing organization in Acton is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to oversee employee benefits administration and manage the full leaves program. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance expertise, and the ability to provide exceptional support to employees across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness.Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and vendor communication.Manage the full leave administration process (FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, workers’ compensation coordination, etc.).Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as plan-level requirements.Conduct new hire benefits onboarding, including system enrollment support.Maintain accurate HRIS data and benefit/leave records; prepare and analyze reports.Support audits, plan renewals, and annual open enrollment.Assist with training program administration and recordkeeping as needed.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.Direct Hire, on-site role.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company match + annual profit sharingGenerous PTO: Vacation, Sick/Personal Time, Bereavement, 11 Paid HolidaysOn-site gym, wellness program, enhanced EAPFSA options; company-paid LTD and Life InsuranceTuition reimbursement + 529 college savings optionsAnnual bonusMust-Have Qualifications3+ years dedicated to benefits and leave administrationStrong understanding of benefits programs and compliance requirementsHigh comfort level with HR systems and maintaining data accuracyNice-to-Have QualificationsUKG experienceBachelor’s degree in HR or related fieldPHR or SHRM-CP certificationBilingual (Spanish)Experience in manufacturing or similar environment
